Dr Joy Lee

Dr Joy Lee performs postgraduate research in difficult asthma with the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Monash University.  Her research has focused on improving asthma inhaler usage, difficult to control asthma and epidemic thunderstorm asthma.

She is participating in the Monash Graduate Program and is undertaking papers in epidemiology, public health and biostatistics.  Her research has been recognised with awards from both TSANZ and the National Asthma Council for her research in asthma in 2016 and 2017.

She has spoken at multiple national meetings upon her research and also speaks regularly in her capacity as a medical educator.
